In listening to thoughtful musical compositions it is available to the delighted listener to become aware of the considered harmonies of mathematical equations played in time. If the listener is so inclined one may witness suggestive colors and shapes appear in the mind's eye while under such influence. I have come to realize, through attentive listening, musical notes have the capacity to sound like color and melodies like waves of sensation coursing through my body like breath on skin. Meaning the intangible (sound, frequency) can alter or insight sensory perception. This makes me wonder if there is a discernible difference between the nature of sound waves and the functions of our bodily organs?
